Oh, hey there! I’m Sophie—a Florida girly who packed up her life and moved to Europe under the very responsible pretense of pursuing a master’s degree and never left. 

In a completely unexpected yet painfully predictable turn of events, I not only survived my master's program but also fell in love—which, frankly, was not a part of my plan, but turned out to be absolutely magical.

Now, I’m navigating post-grad life, a matcha obsession, and whatever mildly unnecessary wellness or beauty trend I’ve convinced myself is life-changing this week. 

I started Lush & Lore as a space to share my love for style, wellness, travel, and all the little luxuries that make everyday life feel just a bit more like the version of adulthood I imagined (minus the part where I thought I’d have it all figured out).

When I’m not writing, you can probably find me making sourdough bread because I’ve been fully initiated into that lifestyle, attending Pilates because duh, I’m just a girl, or convincing myself that “walking everywhere” counts as a full fitness routine.
