I’m always trying to get my nutrients straight from the source — no powders, no mystery blends, just real-deal fruits and veggies. (Side note: I definitely take my vitamins, but I’d rather eat a cucumber than drink something that tastes like blended grass.) And the easiest and let’s be real, cutest way to get those nutrients in? Juicing.
I’ve always loved playing around with fruit and veggie combos until I land on that perfect mix. It’s like a mini ritual that makes me feel good before I even take a sip.
