Looking for the hostess gift that will absolutely steal the show this Easter? This is it. It’s floral. It’s boozy. It’s DIY but in that “Wow, is she secretly Martha Stewart?” kind of way.

I gifted this to my future mother-in-law and let’s just say… it was the moment. Not only is it completely adorable and chic, but it’s also thoughtful. It feels personal, it smells amazing, and yes it involves alcohol, which means you’re automatically the favorite guest.

What You’ll Need:

  • A bottle of your host’s favorite drinkWine, rosé, prosecco, champagne, vodka, tequila — it all works. Bonus points if the bottle itself is aesthetic (we’re going for centerpiece energy here).

  • Florals (fresh + springy)Think pastels, chic greens, elegant soft colors — whatever feels “spring” without screaming grocery store bouquet.

  • Floral foamYou can find this on Amazon, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc. You’ll want a block you can cut to fit snugly at the top of your bottle.

  • A sharp knife or floral scissorsFor trimming stems and shaping foam.

  • A little bit of confidence(Even if you’re not crafty, trust me — this will make you look like you are.)

    How to Make It:

    1. Pick the right bottle: Choose something your host will actually drink. Aesthetically pleasing labels = major bonus points.

    2. Choose your florals: Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Publix, or your local florist are all great options. Think soft pinks, buttery yellows, lavender, and greenery. Mix textures a few big blooms + some fillers go a long way.

    3. Cut your floral foam into a small square or dome shape: It should be just big enough to sit at the top of the bottle without falling in.

    4. Soak the foam: Let it sit in water until fully saturated this keeps the flowers fresh longer.

    5. Press the foam into the top of the bottle: It should fit snugly (you can shave it down if needed).

    6. Trim and arrange your flowers in the foam: Place the largest blooms first, then fill in with smaller flowers and greens. The goal is to completely cover the foam so it looks like a mini bouquet growing out of the bottle.

    7. Adjust and admire: Make sure everything looks balanced and full. And that’s it your stunning, one-of-a-kind, floral cocktail centerpiece is ready to be gifted.
